Loved the reception desk being open for a whopping 6 hours a day! Also, enjoyed the shuttle services that I definitely didn't need because I arrived by private helicopter.
Oh, and how could I forget the abundance of cockroaches in the hall? Definitely added an extra layer of excitement to my stay.

The apartment was fairly clean and located close enough to the center or bus station, Burgas and the central square. Hosts were great, even gave us room with kitchenette and washing machine. Location was great, relatively near Alexandrovska street.

The reception was conveniently open from 11:00 to 17:00. The free Wi-Fi was as slow as a snail but hey, at least it was free. The concierge services were so helpful that they made me feel like a queen.
Couldn't even use my credit card to pay, but I loved carrying around stacks of cash like it's the 18th century.

I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were charming and reminded me of my grandmother's house. The general areas were well-kept and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane. the hotel had a warm and inviting feel that made me feel right at home.
The only thing I would have asked for to make it a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and considerate towards our needs. It would have been nice if the children working there could have offered assistance with carrying our luggage or provided recommendations for nearby attractions suitable for older individuals.

I chose Samuil solely for its proximity to the Sculpture of Gramophone, a landmark I had been wanting to visit. To my surprise, the hotel offered complimentary wired and wireless Internet access, which was a great convenience. The cooked-to-order breakfasts served daily were delicious and a perfect way to start the day.
Photos on the site don't match reality. Dirty, smelly rooms with slow Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The reception desk was available for a whole 6 hours a day. Wow! They even offered shuttle services and a fully equipped kitchen. I felt so pampered.
The complimentary wired internet access was an absolute nightmare. So slow, it felt like I was back in the Stone Age.

The guestrooms at Samuil Apartments are absolutely amazing! The premium bedding made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud, and the air conditioning kept me cool and comfortable throughout my stay. Plus, the free WiFi was a huge bonus!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the tile/marble floor in the double room. But hey, that's just my preference!

Ideal for a stopover or dental visit, Samuil offers easy check-in and check-out, friendly staff, and a calm and relaxed atmosphere. My room was surprisingly good for the price, complete with a washing machine and shower. I'll definitely return for future dentist trips, as it's cheaper than a taxi and conveniently located near the city center.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
